POLICIES AT RETROGRADE READINGS

Service as It Should Be

In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. Read the following sections to find out more about how we handle rescheduling and cancellations, or about how we secure your personal data. OUR RESCHEDULING POLICY

We offer free rescheduling upon the following conditions:

Client(s) must notify Retrograde Readings of their rescheduling request via email at least 48 hours in advance of their scheduled appointment and/or workshop.

 

The client(s) must have completed payment for the appointment in full prior to rescheduling.

A rescheduling fee will be applied to client(s) who request rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance. This fee is $20 for appointments and $50 for workshops.

Example scenario: A 12pm appointment on Monday requires email notification and payment in full by 12pm Saturday to qualify for free rescheduling.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Things happen, life happens. We understand.

For cancellations, client(s) may receive a partial refund* contingent upon the notification of Retrograde Readings via email at least 48 hours prior to the appointment and/or workshop.

*For appointment cancellations, Retrograde Readings will charge a $20.00 cancellation fee. For worksthop cancellations, Retrograde Readings will charge a $50.00 cancellation fee. The remaining balance will then be returned to the client(s).

OUR PRIVACY POLICY

All about Information Security

Your privacy is important to us. Any information gathered by Retrograde Readings will not be shared with third parties without your permission. This Privacy Policy applies to readings, workshops, and any telecommunication between Retrograde Readings and clients.
